About the Role You will lead quality assurance efforts for complex software products. You will design test strategies, manage test execution, and mentor QA engineers. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities Define, implement, and maintain QA processes and standards Lead and mentor QA engineers in manual and automated testing Review and validate requirements, test cases, and test results Plan and execute regression, integration, and user acceptance tests Set up and maintain test environments and data Drive automation using Playwright or PyTest Manage QA documentation in TestRail Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues quickly Ensure product releases meet quality targets and timelines Report and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Required Qualifications 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing Experience with Playwright, PyTest, Postman, and TestRail Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience testing APIs and microservices Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Background in performance or security testing What You’ll Bring Focus on accuracy, speed, and accountability Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Commitment to continuous improvement and mentoring others #J-18808-Ljbffr
