Dynata Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines Advanced QA Specialist Responsibilities Work on complex projects with 100+ questions, exposure to complicated pickers, maxdiffs, conjoins, and mobile testing. Assist the Team Lead in managing and supervising the team, collaborating closely with Programming Team leads. Continuously train lower‑level testers. Act as the Team Lead’s back‑up for assigning projects and handling escalations. Review questionnaires and create test scenarios for complex surveys, ensuring logic is correct and the surveys are error‑free and meet client standards. Coordinate with programmers and/or project managers on unclear items and areas requiring thorough testing, especially under tight deadlines. Formulate recommendations or suggestions on vague logic in questionnaires. Ensure completion of testing by the given deadline and update programmers/project managers if the initial timeline cannot be met. Conduct mobile testing as requested. Deliver successful training sessions to junior‑level testers. Experience A Senior QA Specialist has performed all Advanced QA job requirements satisfactorily. Coaching from team or shift leaders and Manager QA on areas of improvement and development. Shadowing more experienced Senior QAs to consistently learn from them and participating in trainings to develop new skill sets or enhance current ones. Knowledge & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for logging errors and conversing with counterparts in other regions; strong time‑management ability to prioritize and deliver projects on schedule. Proven written and oral communication skills to express ideas clearly. High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective independent and team work, solving issues on his own and within the team while building relationships with teammates. Patience in testing, maintaining focus under pressure, hardworking, reliable, organized, and punctual. Strong team and project management capabilities, leading, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects and assignments, meeting deadlines, and handling escalations with composure.
