Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the QA team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and implement QA frameworks, policies, and best practices across departments.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA strategies with business goals.
  • Utilize tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI to generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Quality Assurance.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, managing QA teams or functions.
  • Strong background in data analytics and performance measurement.
  • Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
