Position: QA/QC Staff

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Reports to: QA/QC Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Staff to join our food manufacturing team. The role is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety management systems.
  • Monitor and document quality records, test results, and deviations.
  • Assist in audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Train and support production staff in quality and food safety practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQMS standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts and in a manufacturing plant environment.
