  • Enhance the Executive’s effectiveness by providing comprehensive administrative and information management support.
  • Anticipate, identify, and address the needs of the Executive to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve office systems including data management and filing for efficient workflow and timely results.
  • Organize, attend, and facilitate executive and operational meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items and decisions.
  • Manage corporate projects and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare documents, briefing materials, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Conduct research, assess project risks and issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Support project and special assignments by setting objectives, managing priorities, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of projects, plans, and layouts.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, internal communications, and official reports.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company information.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned that align with the role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies, Administration Management, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (experience in construction, real estate development, or property development industry preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or MacOS.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in collaboration, delegation, and working effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, hardworking, and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
