Overview

An Executive Assistant is a professional responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in their company, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of the franchisee clients
  • Manage information flow and respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of the executive team, trainers, and franchisee clients ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Assist in coordinating franchise operations, ensuring that franchisees are supported and the contract they signed and the procedures are communicated effectively
  • Coordinate corporate events, franchisee meetings, and outsource supplier/s
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Executing the request of the executives for personal matters
