We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic 24/7 operations team. This role involves monitoring refrigeration and HVAC systems for food retail clients, identifying potential issues, and ensuring timely communication and resolution through technical support and customer service.

Perfect for candidates with strong analytical skills, customer support experience, or an interest in technical systems and process troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze refrigeration and HVAC system alarms using customer software
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot alarms based on graphs, history logs, and system behavior
  • Communicate alerts and service updates to clients via phone or email
  • Log, confirm, and update work orders with complete and accurate documentation
  • Respond to inbound service calls and coordinate with internal support teams
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course (preferred: Engineering, IT, or related field)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
  • Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, or alarm systems is a plus
  • Offshore or BPO support background is a strong advantage
Work Setup & Conditions
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: 3x onsite per week at West Avenue, Quezon City
  • Shifting Schedule: Midshift and night shift availability required
  • Amenable to work on holidays and weekends as part of 24/7 operations
  • Willingness to render overtime when needed during critical business hours
