What You’ll Do
Answer calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
Use scripts effectively while documenting details in our CRM.
Book jobs quickly, especially during urgent or emergency situations.
Adjust your communication style to match the caller’s tone and emotions.
Stay familiar with postcodes and geographic cues to sound natural and local.
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate when needed.
Join training sessions to refine your skills and grow in the role.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
Strong listening skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
Sharp attention to detail and comfort with structured processes.
Tech-savviness with CRM systems, call software, and online tools.
