Job Purpose: 


A Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet specific standards and criteria set by a company or industry. Their primary goal is to maintain and enhance the quality of the products or services produced.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible in monitoring the compliance of Good Warehousing Practices of Drivers and Helpers during receiving of container on all cold storages.
Responsible in monitoring the temperature of freezers, reefer van and items for receiving.
Conducts orientation for warehouseman and logistics personnel.
Observes/complies with company policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

Preferably B.S Food Technology, B.S Nutrition, B.S Chemical Engineering, B.S. Chemistry graduate or graduate of any food science related courses.
Operational experience in similar capacity (minimum 1 year)

Competency Requirements:

Strong knowledge of assurance-related concepts (GMP, Food Safety and Sanitation)
Analytical and fact-based decision-maker
Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, use of email and other digital tools.
Ability to present reports.
Keen on details
Negotiation skills
Team Player
Ability to work independently
