Senior IT Support Specialist – CO Careers Overview Join CO Careers as a Senior IT Support Specialist at Clark Outsourcing , located in the Clark Business Park, Pampanga. You will provide technical support to end‑users, maintain IT infrastructure, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, and in person, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and ERP/WMS‑related issues. Maintain Active Directory and Entra, manage VPN and remote‑access solutions, and support network connectivity (wired/wireless). Install, update, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware; monitor inventory and licenses. Log, track, and document incidents in the ticketing system; escalade unresolved issues to higher‑level support or vendors and generate incident reports for root‑cause analysis. Monitor system health and performance, perform routine backups and maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Participate in system upgrades, new deployments, and continuous‑improvement projects, staying current with emerging technologies. Create and maintain accurate system documentation and troubleshooting guides, and provide user training on IT systems, tools, and security best practices. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a technical support role. Formal education in a technology‑related field. Recent industry certifications (Microsoft, Azure, ITIL) are preferred. Excellent written and spoken English skills. Strong ability to work independently and take direction. Experience supporting Microsoft environments, including Active Directory and Entra. Solid understanding of L2 and L3 routing and networking concepts. Proficiency in PowerShell, VBA scripting, and Microsoft Office applications.
