About the role We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management Forecaster to join our dynamic team at Lumina Datamatics Corp. This full-time role is based in Cebu IT Park and is responsible for forecasting and optimizing workforce requirements to meet the evolving needs of our customers. What you'll be doing Develop and manage short-term and long-term forecasts using historical data, trends, and industry methodologies. Perform real-time performance analysis and adjust staffing plans to meet service level goals across multiple sites. Collaborate with Operations to implement real-time staffing changes based on forecasts and live performance. Produce call volume forecasts daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. Design and adjust schedules to match forecasted demand across various support channels (phone, email, chat, social media). Generate accurate forecasts even in low-data environments using industry knowledge and proven methodologies. Ensure effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders for timely staffing and planning updates. What we're looking for 5+ years of Workforce Management experience in Scheduling, Planning, and Forecasting. Strong command of WFM tools like IEX and Verint . Advanced proficiency in Excel ; knowledge of VBA/Macros is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools like Python , R is an added advantage. Solid understanding of multi-channel contact center operations. Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder communications clearly and confidently. Graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Highly collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently.
