Overview

The Ecommerce Officer is a cross-functional position that is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring our client’s ecommerce online platforms. The successful candidate will build and direct a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute ecommerce solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and driving sales to the client’s online platforms
  • Orchestrates aspects of the ecommerce and marketing strategy for the brand
  • Collaborate with internal team of ecommerce handlers to make online platform optimizations and adjustments to monitor sales performance and store metrics
  • Allocate tasks, set goals, monitor KPI and performance of each team
  • Collaborating with clients, online platforms and other stakeholders
  • Conduct alignment meeting and monitor live schedules
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly report checking
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have extensive knowledge of ecommerce platforms and strategies (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
  • Must be a proven leader with experience both managing teams
