ECOMMERCE MANAGER

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of our Shopify store and multiple online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in e-commerce who can set up, optimize, and manage all facets of online retail operations — from customer service to digital marketing campaigns.

Sales are currently at an early stage, so we are looking for someone who can build the business from the ground up and scale it to the next level. This is a broad role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  • Proven experience managing an e-commerce store in Shopify
  • Experience with major channels such as eBay and Etsy, plus local AU platforms
  • Strong background in e-commerce operations and growth
  • Handle initial setup of e-commerce platforms and integrations
  • Manage customer service across channels, including handling tickets via E-Desk
  • Update products, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate listings
  • Manage and optimize ads campaigns within e-commerce channels
  • Skilled in SEO, Google Ads, and campaign optimization
  • Build and manage all facets of e-commerce, from setup to scaling
  • Self-starter, results-driven, with the ability to achieve sales growth
  • Responsible for weekly KPI tracking, reporting, and management

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet Connection : Must be 50 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-in, wi-fi or wimax.
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
  • Headsets : The Contractor must have a noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Web Cam - for meeting purposes
  • Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
