Position Overview
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). This role ensures accurate product listings, smooth marketplace operations, timely campaign execution, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners to drive online sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Product Listings & Content Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings. Ensure listings align with brand guidelines and emphasize authenticity. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Logistics to prevent stock outs.
- Platform Management & Operations: Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). Handle platform compliance requirements, approvals, and vendor support tickets. Track and implement promotions, vouchers, and platform-driven campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates across platforms. Prepare regular sales reports and insights for management review. Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activities to recommend improvements. Work closely with Business Development team for campaign execution and promotional materials. Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. Support HQ in aligning local e-commerce operations with regional strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in retail, distribution, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop seller platforms is an advantage.
- Experience and proficiency in using Canva (or similar tools) to design product photos, promotional banners, and layouts for online platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, start up environment.
