Overview
The Sales Executive will identify and find potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate services. This role involves lead generation, client accreditation, coordination with internal departments, and regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities- Responsible for generating leads through search and Cold Calling.
- Getting accredited to Potential Clients
- Identifying pain points, requirements, and profiles of clients.
- Coordinates with the Purchasing and Technical Department for client requirements.
- Sends quotations to clients and follow-up client regularly for updates
- Initiates regular communication to clients for gathering feedback
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in business-related courses)
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales role (preferably in B2B, client acquisition, or service-based industries)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Capable of handling pressure and addressing client concerns effectively
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement
- Willing to travel and perform field work as required
