Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for meeting customer needs.
Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
- Close sales, negotiate contracts, and manage customer accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively sell and position products.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in (industry/product type).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required).
