Responsibilities
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientations, exit interviews, and systems access.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
  • Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and training programs.
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR audits and compliance reporting.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
  • Experience in iGaming Industry is an advantage
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge in processing documents with PAGCOR and DOLE
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
