Overview
Employee Recognition and Rewards; Government Mandated Benefits
Responsibilities- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientations, exit interviews, and systems access.
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
- Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and training programs.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR audits and compliance reporting.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
- Experience in iGaming Industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Knowledge in processing documents with PAGCOR and DOLE
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
