Position: Business Analyst
Company Industry: Home Furniture Company
Work Schedule: 6 Days a week, 10am to 7pm
Responsibilities- Analyze and document existing business processes across departments (Supply Chain, Accounting, CRM, SRM)
- Gather and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research
- Prepare business documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Support testing efforts by reviewing test cases, analyzing results, and verifying fixes
- Develop visual process models and workflow diagrams to support understanding and implementation

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or IT/software development
- Experience working with ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of operational workflows, including accounting, supply chain, and customer management
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
