Conduct process analysis and propose improvements to optimize business and IT operations. Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders at all levels. Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions. Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding. Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Proven ability to gather and document requirements, create process flows, and define technical specifications. Experience working on complex IT systems, applications, and integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
