Supports HR operations including employee lifecycle processes, HR systems administration, and employee data management at Bayer.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee movements.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR-related documentation (e.g., employment contracts, letters, memos).
  • Coordinating with payroll, recruitment, and other HR sub-functions as needed.
  • Generating standard HR reports and assisting with data audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, legal requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes and systems.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP GHP) is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
