We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a strategic role in identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities for the organization. This position is responsible for conducting market and business trend assessments, developing business plans, supporting investment initiatives, and driving commercial and financial analysis to support executive decision-making. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to help shape the company’s growth strategy. Responsibilities Assess market and business trends to anticipate industry evolution. Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking of products and services. Perform SWOT analyses and evaluate customer satisfaction across competitors. Recommend segment-specific strategies for improvement and growth. Build and execute marketing and business development plans based on strategic analysis. Define profitability objectives, target markets, and pricing policies. Develop and analyze business plans for selected initiatives. Recommend enhancements to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure consistency in pricing, product promotion, and execution of initiatives. Assist the Business Development Director in evaluating investment opportunities and live transactions. Conduct commercial and financial due diligence, including market research and financial analysis. Prepare business and financial models, presentations, and reports to support executive decisions. Undertake targeted research and marketing efforts to build a pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with the group’s strategic interests. Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accountancy. 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a multinational or global environment. Experience in corporate banking, investment banking, consulting, or project finance is an advantage. Industry experience in Corporate, Real Estate, Service Industries and Aviation, Logistics, preferred. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent business and financial acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools. Strategic planning and continuous improvement mindset. Results-driven and customer-focused. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative. Demonstrates leadership, innovation, and adaptability. Effective decision-making and negotiation skills. Performance and change management. Ability to align individual goals with organizational objectives. Strong coordination and people management skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Capable of producing high-quality business and technical documentation.
