About the Company: We’re a fast-growing B2B company serving ecommerce brands in the US doing $1M–$50M in annual revenue. Our mission is to help online sellers grow faster through our high-impact solutions. We value speed, autonomy, and clarity—and we close deals in one call. The Role: This is a foundational hire in Manila. You will be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth in the US market and eventually building and leading the Manila sales team. You’ll begin by mastering the product, setting meetings for the US team, and laying the groundwork for a full-cycle sales team. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify ideal B2B prospects in the US market Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate qualified leads Build scalable lead generation processes from scratch Book meetings and pitch solutions to US-based prospects Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing Join discovery and sales calls, handle objections, and drive deals to close Collaborate with the US sales team to refine pitch and outreach strategies Maintain accurate lead and deal tracking in CRM tools Stay up to date on product offerings, competitors, and industry trends Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a B2B focus Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or B2B closing Excellent communication and persuasion skills Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Outreach, or similar Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and ownership mindset Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech industries is a plus Willing to work US Eastern (NYC) hours full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
