Job Summary The IT Manager / Senior IT Manager will lead the technology operations and infrastructure of a fast-paced BPO environment, ensuring seamless IT service delivery across all shifts. This role is responsible for managing the IT team, maintaining system uptime, ensuring data security, and supporting both local and global business operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in IT operations within the BPO industry and a strong grasp of network management, systems integration, cybersecurity, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the IT team to ensure 24/7 operational support across multiple business units and sites. Oversee daily IT operations including server administration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support. Maintain system uptime, ensure rapid incident response, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime. Develop and enforce IT policies, SLAs, and standard operating procedures aligned with BPO client requirements and data security standards. Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper access control and data compliance. Manage IT procurement, asset inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure cost effective and reliable solutions. Drive technology upgrades, infrastructure scalability, and implementation of automation or cloud-based solutions to support business growth. Collaborate closely with operations, HR, and client-facing teams to align IT strategies with operational needs and client deliverables. Lead IT-related audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning. Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management and client reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus). 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role within the BPO or shared services industry. Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT infrastructure, multi-site networks, and high-availability systems. Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and VOIP/telephony systems. Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine). Excellent understanding of data privacy, compliance, and client security requirements. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage a multicultural, 24/7 support environment. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CCNP are highly preferred.
