You are part of an international team and support customer environments in different time zones.**Language skills**: EnglishResponsibilities* Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation and configuration in the area of Identity & Access Management* Collaboration with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into various applications and services* Carrying out health checks to identify and minimize potential risks in the IAM environment* Testing IAM workflows and drivers for quality before going live* Creation and maintenance of process documentation* Coordination of incidents and service requests in the IAM area* Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and industry standardsQualifications* At least 1 year of experience in IT customer support or IT service desk* Completed or ongoing studies in IT, systems engineering or equivalent professional experience* Very good command of English (written and oral)* Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory Administration* Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, problem and release management according to ITIL)* Experience with identity management solutions (preferably NetIQ Identity Manager)* Independent and structured way of working, strong technical understanding* Strong communication skills, team spirit and resilienceJob Location28F, Tower 2, The Enterprise Centre, Corner Paseo De Roxas and Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Manila, 1226, PhilippinesRemote work from: Philippines#J-18808-Ljbffr
