The team helps FMCG marketplace sellers and brands succeed through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and support brands to thrive on the platform. Responsibilities Acquire and incubate brands, principals and large merchants that contribute a significant GMV share Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure the best deals based on campaigns or seasonality Discover new collaboration opportunities aligned with merchants' short-term and long-term development plans and develop JBPs Maintain service quality provided by sellers — low cancellations and returns, shipping lead time, and other factors to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction Manage merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience 3-5 years of experience in the eCommerce industry Familiar with FMCG brands Preferred Qualifications Direct experience or working relationships with sellers from relevant industries Experience selling through content/live streaming About Us Founded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
