Job Description
E-commerce Strategy & Growth:
Create and implement detailed e-commerce plans aimed at boosting online sales, increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
Discover new growth possibilities and stay informed about emerging trends in the e-commerce market.
Website Management & Optimization:
Manage the daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), ensuring they function smoothly, securely, and remain operational.
Oversee and refine all product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization to maintain accuracy, attractiveness, and uniformity.
Perform A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance sales processes and website performance.
Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns designed to attract targeted traffic to the online store, including managing affiliate marketing partnerships.
Work closely with internal marketing teams to align e-commerce promotions with overall marketing strategies.
Sales Performance & Data Analysis:
Track and analyze crucial e-commerce data using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and platform dashboards.
Use data insights to understand customer behaviors, identify buying patterns, and recognize areas for improvement or new business opportunities.
Provide regular, detailed reports on sales outcomes, marketing ROI, and website performance for stakeholders.
Inventory, Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordination:
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory teams to maintain accurate stock levels, ensure efficient order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.
Develop strategies to manage inventory efficiently, reducing both shortages and excess stock.
Coordinate with customer service teams to deliver smooth support, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and handling returns and exchanges.
Technology & Vendor Management:
Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and partners, including payment processors, shipping companies, e-commerce platform providers, and marketing agencies.
Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce technologies, trends, and best practices to stay competitive and leverage new capabilities.
Budget Management:
Administer the budget for e-commerce activities, optimizing expenditures on marketing, platform upkeep, and other operational costs to ensure maximum return on investment.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in e-commerce management or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, CRM, dashboards).
Experience with digital marketing, A/B testing, and CRO strategies.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams
Must be ammenable to report to office daily in BGC.
