Job Description
E-commerce Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aimed at boosting online sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLV), website traffic, and cart abandonment rate.
Website Management & Optimization
Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada), ensuring seamless functionality, security, and uptime.
Manage and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization, to maximize accuracy and appeal.
Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract qualified traffic, including managing affiliate marketing partnerships.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure e-commerce campaigns align with overall marketing efforts.
Sales Performance & Data Analysis
Monitor and analyze sales and website metrics using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and platform dashboards.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and website health for key stakeholders.
Inventory, Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordination
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure product availability, efficient order processing, and timely delivery.
Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Work with customer service teams to provide smooth and responsive support for online shoppers, including managing inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
Technology & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, shipping providers, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing agencies.
Budget Management
Oversee and optimize the budget for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring cost-effective spending on marketing, platform maintenance, and operational expenses to maximize ROI.
The Successful Applicant
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in handling ecommerce channels
- Ammenable to report to office daily in BGC
