What the day will look like Preparing and banking premium deposits to assigned invoices Return credit premiums or unidentified funds to clients Evidence gathering for unidentified deposits Co-ordinate and maintain incoming communications with internal and external clients linked to the role Oversee and process allocation for exact and non- exact invoices Organise and action overdue payment reminder notifications Collection of unpaid premium and fee invoices Middle tier support to Finance for unclaimed monies Ensuring tight daily deadlines are consistently met with minimal errors Support new initiatives linked to NZ Payment Operations Genpact audit monthly tasks How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Payment Operations Specialist at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities.
