This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in IT industry sales, particularly in staffing solutions and project-based services. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, especially within the banking and financial services domain. Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote our IT staffing and project services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized business proposals and solutions. Keep abreast of industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to identify potential leads. Meet and exceed sales and business development targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in business development or IT sales, with proven success in generating new business. Strong network and connections within the IT and/or banking industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals. Self‑motivated, resourceful, and results‑oriented. Nice to Have Experience working with or selling to banking clients. Exposure to both staffing and project‑based IT solutions. Why Join Us?
