Executive Assistant to the President & CEO The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the right hand to the President and CEO, providing high-level executive support and coordination across business, operational, and strategic functions. Position Overview The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the right hand to the President and CEO, providing high-level executive support and coordination across business, operational, and strategic functions. This role demands exceptional discretion, organizational skill, and emotional intelligence—alongside the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the President & CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential correspondence. Prepare reports, briefs, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings. Manage stakeholder communications—both internal and external—with professionalism and tact. Coordinate and oversee special projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Accompany the CEO to meetings, events, and official travels as needed. Serve as liaison between the Office of the President and other business units or partners. Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters of corporate and personal nature. Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Male, aged 25 to 35 years old Height: 5’8” and above Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage Witty, result-driven, and socially confident, yet tactful and professional Single and willing to travel locally and internationally on short notice Strong sense of discretion, initiative, and adaptability High level of integrity, loyalty, and commitment to excellence Why Join RBE Holdings At RBE Holdings, you’ll work alongside visionary leaders shaping industries that matter.
