Job DescriptionThe Business Development Officer (BDO) will be responsible for driving results-oriented high performance in client and partner engagements. The BDO will be developed in several facets of marketing that IMPACT Training & Consultancy specializes in.
- Lead generation and research (both remotely over the phone and in-person pitching).
- Other lead generation activities such as flyering, attending trade events, etc.
- Scheduling for and pitching to restaurant owners, staff, or managers.
- Conducting regular follow-ups with the client\'s point of contact to continue negotiations.

- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required.

- Manage a sales team of digital marketing and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Guide the CROs accordingly in virtual and site visits (trippings)

- Work with Project Acquisition and Performance Marketing teams to identify the right projects to sell

- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- At least two (2) years of experience as a sales manager/team leader
- Preferably with experience in platform, ecommerce or digital sales. Real estate experience is not necessary.
- Preferably with previous experience in using CRM tools
- Must be amenable to go on site visits (trippings); This means being out of office/on the field least twice a week
- Must be amenable to working on weekends as needed
- Preferably lives in the Southern NCR area and has their own vehicle.
Salary : Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
