The Philippines team is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join in Manila. This role provides pre/post sales support to the sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions and requires a services-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, functionality, and benefits of the solutions.
Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals aligned with the product portfolio.
Assist in the creation and review of RFPs and RFIs with technical input.
Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their environment and providing recommendations.
Address technical objections with appropriate responses and solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and professional services to ensure feasibility and successful implementation.
Conduct product evaluations, POCs, and technical workshops to demonstrate functionality and feasibility.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
Work with Pre-Sales Team Lead to achieve goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in pre-sales or technical sales roles, preferably in cybersecurity;
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong ability to translate customer requirements into solution designs and proposals.
Proficient in delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with RFP/RFI processes and technical input for responses.
Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and ability to articulate value propositions.
