The Philippines team is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join in Manila. This role provides pre/post sales support to the sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions and requires a services-first mindset.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, functionality, and benefits of the solutions.
- Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals aligned with the product portfolio.
- Assist in the creation and review of RFPs and RFIs with technical input.
- Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their environment and providing recommendations.
- Address technical objections with appropriate responses and solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and professional services to ensure feasibility and successful implementation.
- Conduct product evaluations, POCs, and technical workshops to demonstrate functionality and feasibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
- Work with Pre-Sales Team Lead to achieve goals and KPIs.
- Experience: 3+ years in pre-sales or technical sales roles, preferably in cybersecurity;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong ability to translate customer requirements into solution designs and proposals.
- Proficient in delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes and technical input for responses.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and ability to articulate value propositions.
