As a Collection and Dispatch Coordinator , you will be responsible for on-time and accurate collection and document dispatch, efficient inventory and monitoring of documents, accurate generation and analysis of collection reports, and provide support to the Operations and Admin Support Department.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the collection of receivables from clients/customers and follow-ups on overdue accounts.
  • Prepare related transaction reports.
  • Monitor and supervise messengers’ daily routes (deliveries, deposits, etc.).
  • Handle daily dispatch of client proof of transaction (e.g., buy and sell invoices, official receipts) and monthly Statements of Accounts.
  • Act as an alternate in confirmation of covered transactions report (CTR).
  • Act as petty cash custodian.
  • Handle client queries and concerns on operation-related items.
  • Other assignments as mandated by superior and management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Advertising/Media, Open to any field of study
  • Knowledge of collection process and logistics. Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills. Able to meet strict deadlines.
