We're Hiring: Senior/Corporate Collection and Reconciliation Analyst (Sr. CRA) – Onsite in Makati

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable, generate monthly reports, and coordinate billing/payment schedules.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of revenue and operational adjustments.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices, send collection letters, and recommend service disruption when necessary.
  • Handle dispatch and endorsement of payments for timely posting.
  • Justify and recommend credit approval for new and existing business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiation meetings with client finance teams, resolve disputes, and drive payment settlements.
  • Analyze AR reports to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy Act and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You Bring

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably business-related) from a reputable university.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in banking, financial, or credit card industries.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Above average communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various billing systems (CSP, Kenan, One Bill, etc.).
  • Leadership potential, customer-centric mindset, and a drive to excel.

Success Metrics

  • Collect at least 98% of current billed charges.
  • Maintain portfolio health: 70% current, 30% aged.
  • Expedient resolution of customer disputes within 60 days.
  • Achieve target Net Promoter Score and contribute to EBG growth.

Must be amenable to commute to Makati daily
