Overview

Lead end-to-end competitive market research that informs pricing, promotions, channel execution, network perception, and product strategy. Build and maintain lightweight data assets and practical AI accelerators that make research faster, higher quality, and more scalable.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the research repository and publish dashboards.
  • Introduce AI accelerators and quality digital processes in research workflows.
  • Competitive Market Research Program Management
    • Own the annual/quarterly research roadmap for competitive topics: competitor initiatives, CVM, pricing & promotions tracking, usage & attitudes, Telco device landscape, coverage perception, and competitor scans.
    • Drive study design: methodology selection (quant/qual/mixed), sampling & weighting (multi-stage/stratified, municipality-level where needed), questionnaire/discussion guide development, and pre-tests.
    • Orchestrate field execution: manage vendors or internal partners (SOWs, SLAs, commercials), panel ops, mystery shopping; enforce QC (back-checks, verification, fraud detection, etc.).
    • Ensure compliance & ethics (informed consent, privacy, data retention) with Legal/Compliance.
  • Insights & Decision Enablement
    • Own the analysis plan; perform data cleaning, weighting, significance tests; build segmentations and typologies where appropriate.
    • Synthesize competitor moves and consumer signals into clear narratives, scenarios, and recommendations; quantify impact and risk.
    • Organize presentations, insighting, and workshops; track decision adoption and business outcomes.
    • Maintain a research repository and CI data marts with lineage and versioning.
    • Provide governed data access (APIs/extracts, role-based permissions) with SLAs on availability, freshness, and performance.
  • AI & Data Innovations (Secondary)
    • Deploy practical AI to speed research ops: automated coding of open-ends, de-duplication and fraud checks, survey quality scoring, smart sampling, and auto-summaries of competitor news.
    • Pilot GenAI for desk research and draft reporting with human-in-the-loop; document guardrails and evaluate bias/ethics.
    • Support predictive use-cases (propensity, elasticity); collaborate with central DS/engineering for productionization and monitoring.
    • Deliver a monthly competitive pulse and quarterly deep-dives; maintain self-serve dashboards with consistent KPI definitions and glossary.
    • Standardize templates; automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
