The Loyalty Assistant / Junior Manager supports both the operational and strategic aspects of Smart Infinity's Loyalty & Retention programs. This role manages documentation, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, executes member engagement initiatives, and contributes insights to enhance loyalty strategies and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership & Documentation Management
  • Handle contracts, invoices, and compliance coordination.

  • Track partner performance and renewal cycles.

  • Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners.

  • Consolidate feedback for program improvement.

  • Program Execution

  • Support campaign rollouts, approvals, and member engagement activities.

  • Monitor campaign adoption and member feedback.

  • Strategic Contribution

  • Provide performance reports and ROI analysis.
  • Recommend enhancements and monitor competitor programs.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in marketing operations, account management, partnerships, or loyalty programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret partner data and member feedback into insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM or campaign management platforms is an advantage.
