Discover more about us here: Overview The Role: Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin Supervisor to lead and optimize our sales support operations. This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset , who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong project management skills, and is passionate about improving processes to enable sales growth and operational efficiency. This role requires close coordination with both Sales and HR teams, supporting the end-to-end operations of a field sales force including compliance, documentation, incentives, and payout management. Location: Manila | Onsite Key Responsibilities Oversee and streamline sales administrative operations including onboarding, tools, reporting, and performance tracking Collaborate with HR on employee status, contracts, incident reports and onboarding, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Develop, manage, and audit processes for incentives ,payouts , and performance bonuses for Sales Associates Monitor inventory and distribution of sales collaterals (e.g., uniforms, IDs, flyers) Lead continuous process improvement projects to improve efficiency and support sales growth Coordinate with Finance and Operations on timely and accurate payouts Provide insights and reports on sales team performance and operations metrics Ensure documentation and administrative processes are audit-ready and compliant Ideal Profile Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Operations, or related field 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations or admin management role; experience in startup or fast scaling company preferred Proven experience in process improvement and project management Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Looker) and sales analytics Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets able to build dashboards and trackers; strong with PivotTables, LOOKUP functions, and nested IFs/formulas Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently What\'s on Offer?
