About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Admin Supervisor to join our team at VALUE METRICS, INCORPORATED. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations and administrative functions. This full-time position is based in our Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing


• Preparation of Financial Reports for internal and external purposes

• Review and approve disbursements and billing invoices

• Payroll computation

• In charge of the remittances and compliance with Government Offices (BIR, SEC, DOLE, Philhealth, PAGIBIG, SSS)

• Supervise admin works and maintenance

• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

• Maintain banking relationships

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance and administration supervisory role, preferably in the Accounting industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office suite
  • CPA certification is an advantage but not required
