They are responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, growing accounts, and driving revenue while mentoring junior account executives. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee campaign execution to ensure deliverables align with client needs and agency capabilities. Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Creative, Digital, Strategy, Production) to ensure seamless integration across ATL, BTL, and Digital campaigns. Maintain client satisfaction, identify opportunities for account growth, and contribute to revenue generation. Mentor junior account executives and support their development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 5–7 years of account management experience in a creative/advertising/marketing agency. Strong track record of managing multi-channel campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital). Exceptional client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management and digital campaign tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Workamajig, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
