Responsibilities Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements Continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to Head of Account Management Requirements Previous B2B iGaming experience is a must, ideally as an Account Manager or Casino Manager Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills Strong negotiation skills Able to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it A problem solver proactive approach Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently, with very little supervision Nice to have Any languages additional to English are a plus Good to know In order to be considered, please submit your CV in English We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only consider applicants within the Central European Timezone +/- 2 This full-time position can be a permanent employment in Malta or on a freelance basis for contractors in the other countries Why Work for Booming Games Founder led.
