Join the G Nation today Responsibilities Oversight of Loan Operations activities, covering financial reconciliations and compliance assurance processes. Ensure adequate manpower is allocated over a 7‑day shift. Enforce standardization of procedures and quality of operational performance of the Operations team. Deep understanding of the lending lifecycle, from registration to collection, at a transactional level. Identify patterns and gaps in operational processes and recommend improvements. Maintain a sustainable, scalable operational design that bridges the Operations team with digital transformation needs. Champion continuous improvement within the team for process efficiency and control. Meet daily, weekly and monthly SLA requirements for regular tasks. Mitigate, identify and correct human‑driven errors as part of procedure. Regularly report performance and progress of initiatives pursued by the team.
