About the role Auxilia Inc. is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Travel Insurance Blended Account with up to 27k Salary Offer. This full-time role is based in Central Cebu City, Cebu and is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our customer service and call centre operations. What you'll be doing Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and requests related to travel insurance policies Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery Continuously improving your product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the travel insurance industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for supporting our clients What we offer At Auxilia Inc., we are committed to the well-being and professional development of our employees.
