About the role

Corporate Visions Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Compostela, Cebu. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of up to 31,000. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent non-voice and blended account support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using various software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Fluency in English and local language (Cebuano) is preferred
