Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services
  • Negotiate with suppliers and review contracts
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs
  • Conduct supplier accreditation and quality checks
  • Evaluate pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines
  • Visit and assess both physical and online stores
  • Graduate of any engineering course (licensed engineers preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Assistant
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Familiarity with supplier accreditation and evaluation processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
