What are you going to do?

As National Sales & Service Manager at GEA Westfalia Separators Philippines, you'll develop and execute comprehensive sales and service strategies to achieve revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll lead a talented team, identify market opportunities, establish performance metrics, and collaborate across departments to align business objectives.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve revenue targets across product lines
  • Lead the national sales and service team including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business channels
  • Establish performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets for sales and service operations
  • Collaborate with marketing to align go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Implement customer service initiatives focused on improving client satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights for product and service improvements

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, Master's degree advantageous
  • Licensed Engineer or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven experience planning and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and local language
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
  • Background in industrial equipment sales or technical services preferred
