Alabang Country Club is seeking an experienced Banquet Operations Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of banquet events. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with both the Culinary and Sales teams to deliver high-quality events and outstanding member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage banquet event operations, including set-up, staffing, and service flow.
  • Supervise and guide banquet staff to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the Culinary Team on food preparation and service requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to fulfill client and member event requirements.
  • Ensure banquet areas comply with cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
  • Monitor banquet inventory and ensure availability of supplies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in banquet operations or hospitality service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a country club, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of banquet/event management systems.
  • Training or certification in Food Safety, First Aid, or Occupational Safety.
