Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Manila, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Additionally, the role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to employees.
