About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Cebu-Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with stakeholders, and hiring for Junior/ mid to level roles. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, critical in helping us build high‑performing, culturally aligned teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards. Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring activity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
