Finance Senior Associate - General Ledger Date: 21 Oct 2025 Service Line / Portfolios: Finance Support Location: Manila, PH Work you’ll do Prepares journal entries workflow. Supports month‑end and year‑end accounting close processes. Performs account reconciliation. Monitors and analyses general ledger accounts, checking for discrepancies. Assists with monthly financial statement variance analysis and accruals. Prepares and reviews assigned schedules in a timely manner to support financial reports either monthly, quarterly, or annually. Responsible for the quality, timeliness and accuracy of financial reports for FIG and other reports required by SEA/Head Office. Supports the annual audit process by preparing relevant schedules and documentation. Ensures compliance with accounting standards and FIG manual. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Understands disruptive trends and promotes potential opportunities for improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or similar course. CPA is an advantage but not required. 3–5 years of relevant experience gained from related industries. Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
