Senior Accounts Receivable Associate Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Adamsbridge is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Senior Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in the Philippines. This role will provide crucial support for U.S.-based commercial real estate owners and operators by: Managing tenant AR collections through email and phone communications Addressing tenant inquiries regarding account balances and past‑due amounts Performing tenant account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies Calculating billing adjustments and write‑offs Handling security deposit refunds and forfeitures Providing bi‑weekly updates to the client’s property management team on tenant payments and collections Assisting with the preparation of accounting and cash flow working papers on a monthly basis Participating in weekly update calls with clients Collaborating with team members to maintain high‑quality service standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) Minimum 2‑5 years of experience in accounts receivable processing Customer service experience, preferably in a financial setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong multitasking abilities and deadline‑management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Working Hours: U.S. Pacific Time hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST / 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Manila time) What We Offer Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Chance to work with leading U.S. real‑estate companies 13th month pay (mandated by Philippine law) Night differential pay for night‑shift work Paid time off: vacation and sick leave Life and disability insurance Performance bonuses Training and development opportunities Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industry Information Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Adamsbridge by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
